To make the paneer and potato stuffed grilled sandwich, start by preparing all the ingredients. boil the potatoes until they are tender, and you can also prepare homemade paneer.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes thoroughly.
Add crumbled paneer, finely chopped green chilies, diced onion, and salt to the mashed potatoes. mix all the ingredients well, and adjust the salt to your taste.
Take a slice of whole wheat bread and generously spread a spoonful of the paneer and potato mixture over it. if you prefer a fuller sandwich, you can add more filling.
Cover the filling with another slice of bread to create a sandwich.
