Start by peeling, deseeding, and dicing the ripe mango.
In a mixer-jar, blend the diced mango and jaggery to create a smooth paste using very little water.
To the mango-jaggery puree, add grated coconut and crushed cardamom seeds.
Add a small amount of water and blend again to achieve a smooth consistency.
Transfer the mango-coconut mixture to a mixing bowl.
