To prepare the creamy mango delight, gently peel and remove the flesh from each mango. discard the seeds and lightly mash the mango pulp using a fork.
Set aside the mashed mango pulp.
Begin by boiling the milk in a thick-bottomed pan. add the cardamom powder and allow the milk to simmer over low heat until it reduces to about half of its original volume.
Incorporate the mashed mango pulp into the milk and continue cooking over a gentle flame for approximately 5-7 minutes.
Sweeten the mixture with honey to taste. adjust the amount according to the sweetness of the mangoes used.
