To prepare mango coconut kalakand, peel the mangoes, extract the pulp from both the mangoes, and discard the seeds.
In a wok or kadai, add the mango pulp and heat it over medium flame.
Stir the pulp continuously for 5 to 6 minutes until it is cooked.
Add sweetened condensed milk to the mango pulp and mix well.
Crumble the cottage cheese and add it to the mixture.
