To prepare dill and rice pancakes, start by washing the rice thoroughly and soaking it in water for about 4-6 hours.
After soaking, drain the rice and transfer it to a blender. add poha (flattened rice) and fenugreek seeds to the blender.
Grind these ingredients into a smooth batter by adding water as needed. the batter should have a pouring consistency.
Once the batter is smooth, add jaggery and salt to it. blend again until the jaggery is well incorporated into the batter.
Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl and add finely chopped dill to it. mix well.
