Once the nuts and seeds are toasted, remove them from the heat and let them cool.

In a blender jar, combine the toasted peanuts, coconut, and the roasted sesame seeds. grind these ingredients into a coarse mixture.

Heat the gingelly oil in a kadai over medium flame.

Add the remaining 3 tablespoons of peanuts, urad dal, and chana dal. roast them until the peanuts turn crispy and the dals become golden brown. make sure to roast them on medium to low heat.
