To initiate crafting the fragrant dill coconut soup, pressure cook the red lentils (masoor dal) with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt. cook for about 2 whistles.
Allow the pressure to naturally release.
Once cooked, open the cooker, add dill leaves, and add around 1/2 cup of water. pressure cook again for 1 whistle.
After the second round of pressure cooking, let the pressure release naturally.
Drain the water from the cooked lentils into a saucepan.
