How To Cook?

In a large saucepan, arrange the potatoes in a single layer. add the vegetable broth and butter to the saucepan. cover and cook over medium-high heat for 12 minutes.

Remove the lid and continue cooking until the potatoes are tender and most of the broth has evaporated, approximately 7-10 minutes.

Using a turner or a fork, gently press down on each potato to slightly flatten and "smash" it.

Sprinkle the freshly chopped dill, salt, and pepper evenly over the potatoes.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the bottoms of the potatoes are lightly browned and crisp.
