To create the coconut-infused amaranth leaves buttermilk stew, start by grinding fresh coconut, green chili, and coriander leaves into a smooth paste by adding some water.
Heat a flat skillet with oil, then add sliced onions and saut„© them until they become translucent.
Once the onions are translucent, add the amaranth leaves and continue to saut„© until the leaves are tender and cooked.
Now, add the ground coconut paste and yogurt (curd) to the skillet, and stir to combine.
Sprinkle in salt and turmeric powder, and mix thoroughly.
