Begin by washing the ladyfingers thoroughly. trim the ends and cut them into slices.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a teaspoon of mustard seeds. let them splutter.
Add the sliced ladyfingers to the pan and saut„© until they turn golden brown and slightly crispy. set them aside.
In the same pan, roast the red chillies until they release their aroma. keep them aside.
Now, in a mixer or blender, combine the roasted red chillies, half of the mustard seeds, fresh coconut, green chillies, and coriander leaves. grind them into a smooth paste.
