To prepare the creamy cauliflower coconut stew, begin by steaming the cauliflower with a pinch of salt for 3 to 4 minutes. once steamed, set it aside.
In a pan, heat oil and add garlic and bay leaves. cook for about 10 seconds to release their flavors.
Now, add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, cardamom powder, and red chili powder. mix well and let it come to a boil.
After the mixture boils, add the steamed cauliflower and coconut milk. season with salt to taste.
Stir everything together and let it cook for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
