To prepare banana and banana stem stuffed paratha, start by boiling the raw bananas in a pressure cooker. cut them in half, remove the ends, and boil with water and salt until you hear about 4 whistles.
Once cooked, allow the pressure to release naturally, peel the skin, and mash the bananas into a fine mixture.
In a saucepan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, letting them splutter for about 10 seconds.
Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and saut„© until they soften.
Add the chopped banana stem along with half a cup of water, cover with a lid, and cook for about 15 minutes until the banana stem is tender.
