Add the self-raising flour and baking powder to the banana mixture. mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined. the batter should have a thick, droppable consistency.

Create a well in the center of the batter and gradually whisk in the almond milk, adding it gradually until the batter reaches the desired consistency.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the batter into the pan to make american-style pancakes. you can cook around 4-5 pancakes at a time, depending on the size of your pan.
