Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. saute 2 green chilies and 1-inch piece of ginger for a minute.
Add 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of green beans, 1 cup of peas, and 1 cup of beetroot to the pan.
Saute for 2 minutes or until the vegetables shrink slightly.
Further, add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Saute until the spices are well combined and the vegetables are almost cooked.
