In a small bowl, soak the white bread slices in milk. gently press the bread to remove excess milk, then combine it with 50g of butter, 2 eggs, salt, and pepper.
Grind the soaked bread mixture in the meat grinder or food processor until smooth. add the mixture to the minced chicken and mix well until thoroughly combined.
Shape the mixture into oval-shaped cutlets, ensuring they are evenly sized. set aside.
In a shallow dish, lightly beat the remaining eggs. dip each cutlet into the beaten eggs, making sure to coat both sides.
