How To Cook?

In a large vessel, bring water to a boil. add the mixed vegetables, salt, and turmeric powder.

Start by adding vegetables that require a longer cooking time, such as drumstick, beans, carrot, and potato. when they are half cooked, add the remaining vegetables. be careful not to overcook the vegetables and ensure they retain their crunchiness.

Drain the water and set the cooked vegetables aside.

In a blender, add grated coconut, cumin seeds, and green chilli. blend them together to form a coarse paste. add a little water as needed.

Heat a kadai or pan and add the cooked vegetables along with the coarse coconut paste.
