To prepare the crispy roti cutlet, start by grinding the leftover rotis into a grainy mixture using a mixer grinder.
Heat oil in a pan and saute onions and green chilies until translucent.
Add the carrot and cook for about a minute.
Then, add mashed peas, sweet corn, and potatoes. cook for another 20-30 seconds.
Add black pepper powder, red chili flakes, amchoor powder, and red chili powder. mix well.
