To begin making the healthy vegetable poha cutlet, wash the poha (beaten rice) thoroughly with water using a sieve. allow it to soak for 10 minutes to soften.
Boil the potatoes and mash them finely in a bowl.
Add the soaked poha, grated carrot, grated cottage cheese (paneer), salt, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, red chilli powder, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, and chopped coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes.
Mix all the ingredients well until thoroughly combined.
Take a generous portion of the mixture and shape it into cutlets or any desired shape.
