In a mixing bowl, take millet flour and add mixed vegetables, grated ginger, spices, white sesame seeds, chopped green chillies, and coriander. mix well to combine.

Gradually add water and knead to make a soft dough. adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.

Heat a non-stick pan or tawa on medium heat.

Take a portion of the dough and directly place it on the pan. flatten it with your fingers to form a round thalipeeth.

Make 1-3 small holes in the thalipeeth and drizzle a little oil in each hole.
