To create the veggie delight burger, begin by rinsing the vegetables - carrot, beetroot, potato, peas, and sweet corn. peel the skin of the vegetables and finely chop them.
Place all the chopped vegetables in a pressure cooker, add salt and a cup of water. pressure cook for 3 whistles and let the pressure release naturally.
Once done, drain the water from the cooked vegetables and mash them. set aside.
