To prepare the tangy lemon oats with mango and peanuts, first wash the chana dal well and soak it in enough water for about 10 minutes.
Dry roast the instant oats on low flame until a nice fragrant smell is released from the oats.

Next, add urad dal and the soaked chana dal, and fry them until they turn golden in color.
