To prepare tangy lemon and kalonji pickle, take a deep pan and bring 3 cups of water to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and add the washed whole lemons to the pan.
Allow the lemons to simmer in the water for 10 to 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and drain the water from the lemons.
Let the boiled lemons cool completely.
