How To Cook?

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Once the oil is heated to medium, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, split urad dal, and chana dal. Saute until they turn golden.

Add curry leaves, broken red chilies, turmeric powder, and roasted peanuts. Saute for another 30 seconds to release the flavors.

Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the spices.

Season with salt to taste and stir everything together.
