Begin by preparing all the ingredients. peel and cut the raw mango into thin strips. cut the cucumber into similar thin strips as well.
In a mixing bowl, combine the raw mango, cucumber, roasted peanuts, chopped coriander, and mint leaves.
In a separate small bowl, mix the tamarind chutney, red chilli paprika, and salt to create a tangy dressing.
Pour the tamarind dressing over the raw mango and cucumber mixture and toss everything together until well coated.
