To prepare the tangy & flavorful totapuri mango chutney, start by washing and wiping the totapuri mango.
Peel the mango and roughly chop it into small pieces.
In a mixer-jar, combine the mango pieces, cumin seeds, salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, and half of the jaggery. grind everything together to form a fine paste.
Add the remaining jaggery to the mixture and blend again until the chutney reaches the desired consistency.
Transfer the tangy & flavorful totapuri mango chutney to a sterilized bottle and store it in a dry place.
