To prepare the tangy green chilli sabzi, start by slitting the green chillies in half and removing the seeds.
Heat oil in a wok or kadai, and once the oil is hot, add asafoetida (hing).
After 5 to 10 seconds, add the slit green chillies to the hot oil and cook them until they become soft.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder (amchoor), garam masala, coriander powder, and salt. squeeze lemon juice over the chillies.
Mix all the spices and ingredients well with the green chillies.
