In a large bowl, combine the wheat flour, besan, jowar flour, fenugreek leaves, white sesame seeds, asafoetida, chopped green chilli, ginger, curd, and salt. mix well until the dry ingredients are combined.
Gradually add water if necessary and knead the ingredients to make a firm dough. knead for a couple of minutes until the dough is smooth. cover the dough and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 15 equal-sized balls. take each ball and flatten it using the palm of your hands. dust it with whole wheat flour and roll it into a 4 to 6 inch diameter circle. adjust the thickness according to your preference.
Preheat an iron skillet on high heat. place the rolled dough on the skillet and after a few seconds, you will notice small bubbles rising on the dough.
Reduce the heat to medium and flip the rolled dough over. drizzle about half a teaspoon of oil around the dough.
