To make spinach and moth bean chila, soak the moth beans and urad dal split in water overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Drain the water and transfer the soaked beans and dal to a blender.
Add green chillies, fennel seeds, and ginger to the blender and blend into a smooth batter. you can add a little water if needed to get the right consistency.
Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl and add finely chopped spinach. mix well.
Season the batter with salt and turmeric powder, and mix again.
