How To Cook?

In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour with sugar, salt, carom seeds, nigella seeds, and 4 tablespoons of oil.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined.

Gradually add water to the flour mixture and knead it into a stiff dough. set the dough aside, covering it, for 20 minutes to rest.

Divide the dough into equal-sized small balls. dust each ball with plain flour and roll it out into puris, one by one.

Heat sufficient oil in a pan for deep frying. to check the temperature of the oil, drop a small piece of dough into the hot oil. it should sizzle and rise to the surface.
