To prepare the spicy mushroom & bell pepper stir fry, start by cleaning and slicing the button mushrooms. finely chop the green chilies and yellow bell pepper. grate or mince the ginger and keep all the ingredients ready.
Heat a wok or kadai over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of sunflower oil.
Add the grated ginger, chopped green chilies, and sliced yellow bell pepper to the wok. stir-fry for about a minute until the bell pepper becomes slightly tender.
Now, add the sliced mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry on high heat until the mushrooms are lightly cooked.
As the mushrooms cook, they might release some water. if this happens, continue to stir-fry until the water evaporates.
