To prepare the colorful bell pepper stir-fry, make sure all the ingredients are prepped and ready.
Heat sunflower oil in a kadhai/wok.
Add mustard seeds, and once they splutter, add cumin seeds.
Toss in the yellow and red bell peppers and saute until they become tender.
Now, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and maharashtrian goda masala (if using). mix everything well.
