To prepare the colorful broccoli and bell pepper stir-fry, start by prepping all the ingredients and keep them ready.
Finely chop the cabbage and set it aside.
In a kadai or skillet, heat one teaspoon of oil over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and asafoetida, allowing them to crackle.
