To prepare spicy roasted bell pepper dal, begin by roasting the green bell pepper on a flat skillet or grill until it is completely roasted on the outside.
Transfer the roasted bell pepper to a bowl, let it cool down, and then cut it open, remove the seeds, and cut it into small pieces. set it aside.
In a saucepan, combine the roasted bell pepper pieces, tomatoes, and one sprig of curry leaves with water. bring it to a rolling boil over high heat.
