In a bowl, mix salt and turmeric. rub the mixture onto the cod fillet and set it aside for 10 minutes.
In a pan, bring water to a boil. add the crab and cook for 5 minutes. remove the crab from the water and set it aside.
In a separate pan, dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom, and cinnamon sticks until fragrant. let them cool, then grind them into a fine powder.
In a bowl, mix plain flour, fennel seeds, and onion seed. dip the crab and cod fillet in beaten eggs, then coat them with the flour mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. fry the coated crab and cod fillet until golden brown. remove them from the pan and set them aside.
