If the poha is thick, coarsely grind it. in this recipe, thin poha is used.
In a mixing bowl, add poha, semolina, salt, and yogurt.
If the yogurt is tangy, adjust the quantity accordingly. fresh curd can be used, and the quantity can be increased if needed.
Add ginger and green chili paste to the bowl and mix well.
If the mixture becomes thick, add 2-3 tablespoons of water or as needed to adjust the consistency. mix well.
