To begin making the green chutney semolina dhokla, prepare the green chutney as per the "green chutney recipe - coriander mint chutney recipe."
In a mixing bowl, combine the semolina, green chutney, curd, 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil, and salt to taste.
Mix the ingredients vigorously and allow the mixture to rest for 30 minutes to allow the semolina to fluff up.
After 30 minutes, check the consistency and add a little water if needed to achieve a thick dhokla batter.
Preheat the steamer with water and grease a dhokla plate generously with oil.
