Add the all-purpose flour, salt, and butter to the yeast mixture. knead the ingredients together to form a smooth dough.
Transfer the dough to a clean work surface and continue kneading for about 10 minutes until the dough is elastic and pliable. avoid using extra flour during kneading.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. let it rise in a warm place until it almost triples in volume.
Once the dough has proofed, transfer it back to the work surface and knead for a minute or two to release any trapped air.
