In a bowl, combine the refined wheat flour, salt, and baking powder. mix well and set it aside.
In another bowl, separate the egg yolk from the egg white. add sugar, milk, and honey to the egg yolk. mix well.
Gradually add the egg yolk mixture to the flour mixture, stirring well to achieve a pouring consistency. if needed, add more milk and oil to adjust the consistency.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg white until it becomes fluffy and forms stiff peaks. gently fold the beaten egg white into the egg and flour mixture.
Heat a tava (griddle) and pour one spoonful of the batter onto it. cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown.
