To prepare spicy poha mixture, heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai over medium heat.
Carefully add the poha to the hot oil and deep-fry it until it becomes crispy. drain the fried poha on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
In the same pan, add roasted peanuts and fry them until they turn crunchy. remove and set aside.
Now, add chana dal to the hot oil and fry until it becomes golden brown and crispy. drain and add it to the fried poha and peanuts.
Deep-fry the boondi until it puffs up and becomes crisp. add the fried boondi to the mixture.
