In a large deep bowl, combine gram flour (besan), semolina (suji), ginger green chilli paste, salt, and lemon juice. mix well.
Add turmeric powder and yogurt (curd) to the mixture. whisk thoroughly to form a thick batter.
Gradually pour water into the bowl and continue whisking until a smooth batter is formed.
Add fruit salt to the batter and mix gently. the batter will become frothy.
Transfer the batter to a microwave-friendly utensil and spread it evenly.
