To prepare the coconut and tomato crab curry, grind the coconut, coriander leaves, cinnamon, bay leaf, ginger, and garlic into a fine paste.
Heat oil in a kadai or wok and saut„© chopped onions until they turn golden brown.
Add the crab pieces and saut„© to coat them with oil and onions.
After about 10 minutes, when the crab changes color and starts to deepen in hue, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and kashmiri red chilli powder.
Stir in the spices to ensure that the crab is coated well.
