To prepare the milk coconut ladoo recipe with grated coconut, start by heating 2 cups of milk in a saucepan.
Add the grated coconut to the warm milk and let it soak for an hour.
In a heavy-bottomed pan or kadhai, heat the ghee. saut„© the soaked coconut in the ghee for 2 to 3 minutes or until it becomes fragrant.
Now, add 1 cup of milk to the saut„©ed coconut and continue to cook for 20-25 minutes. stir the mixture occasionally until it thickens and begins to form a lump. if you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add sugar at this stage.
Incorporate cardamom powder into the mixture, mix well, and turn off the heat.
