Soak the green moong dal for an hour. then, grind it into a coarse paste without adding too much water.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground moong dal paste with salt and finely chopped onion, green chillies, green capsicum, sweet corn, and coriander leaves.
Just before making the pancakes, add baking soda and mix well to create a fluffy batter.
Heat a heavy-bottomed pan with oil or butter.
Pour two ladlefuls of the batter onto the pan to form a thick pancake.
