To prepare the pistachio-coconut ladoo, start by grinding the pistachio nuts into a fine powder. transfer the powdered pistachios to a bowl and set it aside.
In a non-stick pan, combine the condensed milk and desiccated coconut over low heat, stirring continuously.
Cook the mixture until it thickens and reaches a dough-like consistency, which should take about 5 minutes or less.
Optional: add rose syrup to the mixture and mix it uniformly for a delightful flavor.
Once the mixture reaches the desired consistency, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool down a bit until it's easy to handle with your hands.
