To prepare the wholesome oats and green moong dal yogurt delight, start by soaking the green moong dal and urad dal in water for around 8 hours or overnight.
After soaking, grind both the soaked dals in a mixer to obtain a smooth paste.
Add the rolled oats to the batter for a nutritious twist and allow it to rest while you prepare the yogurt mixture.
In a bowl, mix the thick curd (yogurt) and water together. whisk in the red chilli powder, cumin powder, and a pinch of salt to create a smooth consistency. place this mixture in the refrigerator to chill.
Preheat your kuzhi paniyaram pan or any non-stick pan you have.
