How To Cook?

To make the tangy tamarind chutney, heat oil in a pan.

Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, and green chillies.

After 15 to 20 seconds, add tamarind paste, brown sugar, red chilli powder, and salt.

Mix well and cook for 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend together.

Now add 2 cups of water to the mixture and let it boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
