To begin making the mint and raw mango chutney, in a mixer-jar, combine all the ingredients - raw mango, coconut, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, green chillies, lemon juice, and salt along with 1/4 cup water. grind it into a smooth paste.

Heat a small tempering pan with oil, add mustard seeds, and allow them to splutter. next, add the urad dal and let it turn golden brown.

Add the dry red chillies and let them cook for 10 seconds.

Pour the tempering over the mint and raw mango chutney and mix well.

Serve the mint and raw mango chutney as a flavorful accompaniment to dosa, idli, or any indian meal.
