To begin making the minty raw mango chutney recipe, soak the raw mango pieces in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes to soften them.
Strain the mango pieces, reserving the water for later use.
In a mixer jar, combine the soaked mango pieces, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, sugar, salt, and a little of the reserved water. blend them to a fine paste.
