To prepare egg stuffed triangular paratha, make a soft dough of the whole wheat flour and salt by adding little water at a time until it resembles the dough for roti. let it rest for a while.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander leaves, black pepper powder, and salt. whisk well and set it aside.
Take a large lemon-sized ball of the dough, dust it with a little flour, and roll it into a big circular disc.
Apply a little oil or ghee on the disc and fold it into a semi-circle, then further fold it into a triangle shape.
Dust the triangle with flour and roll it out to a larger triangle.
