To start preparing the stuffed masala chillies, begin by mixing the tamarind paste and brown sugar in a bowl.
Slit the green chillies lengthwise and remove the seeds to make space for the masala stuffing.
In the tamarind and brown sugar mixture, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, gram flour, kashmiri red chilli powder, and salt. mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Stuff this masala mixture into the green chillies one by one and set them aside.
For the batter, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, turmeric powder, and cumin seeds in a bowl. gradually add water and mix until you achieve a smooth and thick batter consistency.
